We want you to love your nails as much as we do! 💖 That’s why we put tons of care into each custom set. Since our press-on nails are handmade just for you, here's what you need to know:

✨ All Sales Are Final

Because of the personal nature of press-on nails (and for hygiene reasons), we don’t accept returns or exchanges. So please double-check your nail sizes and design choices before ordering!

📦 Damaged in the Mail?

If your order arrives damaged, oh no! 😢 Don’t worry—email us within 48 hours of delivery at alistudioco222@gmail.com with clear photos of:

• The damaged item(s)

• The packaging

• Your order number

We'll do our best to make it right! 💌

🚫 Missed Pickup Orders

If you chose local pickup and don't pick up within 7 days, your order will be considered abandoned and is non-refundable. Please pick up your cute nails on time! ⏰✨

📦 Shipping Policy – Handmade with Love & Care 💅

Because every set is custom-made just for you, we want to make sure you know exactly what to expect when it comes to shipping and turnaround times 💖

⏳ Processing Time

All orders are handmade with care and detail. We currently accept up to 6 orders per week and create nails on 2 dedicated work days each week.

🕐 Processing Time: 5–7 business days
This does not include weekends or holidays. Please note, your order's timeline begins after we’ve received all required information (see below).

🚨 Orders Without Complete Info Will Be Delayed

To keep your order on schedule, make sure you’ve submitted the following at checkout or by email:

• 📸 Clear photos of both hands in natural sunlight with a quarter next to them for sizing

• 📝 A detailed description or inspiration photos for your design

👉 Orders missing this information will not be processed until it's received. Delays in sending this info = delays in production and shipping.

• All orders are shipped via [FedEx – e.g., USPS]

• Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped

• Local pickup available at checkout (must be picked up within 7 days)
