Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: 1. Appointments Required: Clients are encouraged to book their appointments in advance to ensure availability. 2. Deposit: A deposit of 20% of the service cost may be required at the time of booking, especially for longer or high-demand services. 3. Confirmation: Appointments are usually confirmed via email, text, or phone call 24-48 hours in advance. Cancellation Policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 24-48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee 20% of the service cost. 3. No-Shows: If a client does not show up for an appointment, they may be charged the full amount for the missed service. 4. Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in shortened service time or rescheduling, depending on availability, and may still incur full charges. Reasons for Cancellation Fees: • Ensures time is reserved exclusively for the client. • Compensates the stylist for the time lost in case of a no-show or late cancellation.
